In a simple table-simple Il Sole 24 Ore has reported the debt of the most important Italian companies 31 March 2005 . Let's see what does the multiplication table starting with the debt, a small list of the most indebted companies: first
Telecom Italy, 50.756 billion euro (no doubt), the second Fiat, to € 32.121 billion (I knew), 3rd Enel, to € 25.666 billion (I understand it went on the stock market!), 4th Highways, to € 10.049 billion (all debts of Benetton?)
Telecom, Power and Highways are governed (with crutches) on three factors: - monopoly in fact, - collection continues, - rates above the European average.
But anyone who understands it, can not continue with these debts and these managers.
fact, if the debt is compared to the equity of companies (in other words they are worth) we have the following ranking:
first Fiat with a monstrous 594.4%, the second with an equally monstrous 538.5 Highways %, Telecom Italy third with 239.5%, 128.1% with the fourth Enel. Perhaps
this is the order in which these companies will fail over time. But in reality they are all already insolvent.
