Art 12 of the Statute states that the Union now Zimella should be represented by four directors in a minority. There is talk of majority only art. 19 but it will "maintain the same ratio" (I think at the time of appointment).

Tirapelle has been freely elected and I do not think that it is enough that a sentence by the same counsel in order to infer the willingness to resign. In addition to the Statute Tirapelle represents all the people without a binding mandate.
